We understand your concern and the financial pressures that an accident can cause. For this reason we guarantee that you will receive 100% of your compensation and that we will not take any money for our costs.

In most successful accident claims the costs will be paid for by the other side, in addition to your compensation.

If your accident claim is lost there may be some costs payable but we will always ensure that those costs are not payable by you.

In some accident claims we are able to use legal expense insurance. This may be part of your motor or household insurance and is there to fund the costs of making a claim. We can check for you if you have this type of insurance. We would emphasise that this does not mean that there is a claim on your insurance.

In other cases if legal expense insurance is not in place we will work on a No Win No Fee basis so that we only get paid if your accident claim is successful and then by the other side.

If at any time we are concerned that you may have a responsibility for any costs in your accident claim we will advise you immediately and make sure that if necessary we obtain insurance to cover you against the risk at no cost to you.
