Sir Gerry Robinson's new series "Can't Take It with You" began on the BBC 2 last night. In the series he explores the pitfalls of not making will and he describes a will as a bit like having a pre-nup . He comments that " Writing a will is not really about the process of getting it down in black and white, its about dealing with emotional issues within families, which is absolutely bloody difficult".
