The Legal Services Board is to begin its first Will Mystery Shopping initiative. They are looking for 100 consumers to take part in the will writing exercise. The idea is that 40 consumers would use a Solicitor, 40 a will writer and 20 a DIY will kit.
Those wills would then be looked at by a panel of Solicitor's and will writer's to see whether up to 20 wills were “ fit for purpose”.
