Breens – here to help
Our offices are closed but Breens is very much open for business
Following Government advice, we are staying home to save lives therefore both our offices are closed for the time being.
All members of staff are working from home and are contactable through the usual numbers or via email. If you don’t know your file handler’s direct email, please use email@example.com and we will forward it to the appropriate person.
We can’t guarantee anyone will be able to get into the office to collect hand-delivered mail, so please don’t leave push any post through the door.
We have re-directed our mail to the Managing Director’s home address so this will be dealt with.
Presenting your ID
If you need to provide your ID, we can arrange for you to do this electronically.
- Please do not send cheques to the office.
- Please make all payments via bank transfer.
- If you need to pay by debit or credit card, call 01704 53280 and ask to speak to Stephanie or Carol. We can process the card payments remotely. Alternatively, you can pay online here
If it is possible to hold face to face meetings via Skype or a similar service, we will do so.
Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney
We can deal with many matters by phone, including make a Will or a Lasting Power of Attorney. Speak to your file handler to discuss your options.
The Government has urged people not to move house to try and limit the spread of the coronavirus. Everyone’s circumstances are different so please contact us on our normal number – 01704 532 890 – or your file handler’s direct line to discuss if your property transaction is likely to go ahead.
If you have been made redundant as a result of the coronavirus crisis and your employer has given you a settlement agreement, we can advise on this agreement without your needing to attend our offices. Call us on Southport 01704 532890 to book a telephone appointment with an employment law adviser.
We would like to thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.
