PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE ADMITTING ANYONE TO EITHER OF OUR OFFICES. YOU CAN DROP OFF DOCUMENTS TO EITHER OFFICE, LEAVING THEM IN THE PORCH BUT WE WILL NOT BE CERTIFYING ID OR OTHER DOCUMENTS FROM EITHER OFFICE.
Some members of staff are working from the Southport office but we are not seeing clients in the office at this time. Please telephone before visiting the office.
The Waterloo office is by appointment only from Thursday 05/11/2020. To make an appointment, telephone 0151 928 6544 and ask to speak to Sarah.
Please be aware that due to delays at the post office we are only receiving post every other day.
Presenting your ID
If you need to provide your ID, we can arrange for you to do this electronically.
As of the 4 May 2020 we are able to complete Land Registry ID1 forms remotely. You will need to be local to our Southport office however. Please contact us for more information.

If it is possible to hold face to face meetings via a video call, we will do so.
Wills, Probate, and Powers of Attorney
We can deal with many matters by phone, including making a Will or a Lasting Power of Attorney. Speak to your file handler to discuss your options.
Coronavirus restrictions have caused significant delays with mortgage applications, surveys, and removals as a consequence conveyancing matters are taking up to five months to complete. We would greatly appreciate your patience at this time.
