Dear Breens,
May I take this opportunity to thank you for all your help in dealing with the estate of my late partner. The solicitor handing the case (Faye Lowery) has been very efficient and kind. It has not been necessary to chase her for the progress of the case, as she has kept me informed at each stage of the probate procedure.
At a very difficult time for me, the stress of dealing with probate and various other related matters was largely taken away from me, thanks to yourselves, and that has been greatly appreciated.
I have dealt with Breens on various legal matters over the last few years, and the difference the sets your company apart from other solicitors that I have dealt with in the past - is that you have always kept me informed of the status quo - your office has always replied to both emails and telephone calls promptly. When dealing with complicated legal situations communication is so important - I have never found another solicitor that operates in this manner, and that understands that customers like to know what is happening - " long may this modus operandi continue"
Thanks for having such high standards.
